Due to the different requirements for the teaching and research factory, we designed it on the basis of a lab-in-lab structure. The Smart Production Lab thus includes a publicly accessible Maker Space for prototypes, one-offs and simple trial and error - the so-called FabLab, an IT Security Lab dedicated to data security, and one of two Austrian SAP NextGen Labs.
