Hackathon 2024 - 26h nonstop at an Industrial Challenge

At the beginning of March, the students of the International Industrial Management Master's program in Smart Production & Services met in the Smart Production Lab. In 26 hours, the students worked on proposed solutions for a problem from the production context of voestalpine BOEHLER aerospace. To loosen things up, there was a technical presentation that addressed the topic of digitalization in practice. In addition to the technical solution, which was precisely tailored to the needs of voestalpine BOEHLER aerospace, it was also pitched. A pitch training session was held for this purpose, which aimed to convey the essential content of an idea in a short space of time. Finally, the proposed solutions were presented, evaluated by a jury consisting of speakers, trainers and experts from voestalpine BOEHLER aeropsace and the jury award was presented to the winning team.
